Shape BioRender’s brand identity and creative vision remotely across Canada and the U.S., using visual storytelling to communicate science clearly.

As Creative Director, you will lead BioRender’s design function and hands-on creative direction. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Executive Leadership, and Design teams. Your work will span integrated campaigns, scientific visualization, website experiences, and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Define BioRender’s brand identity, visual language, and creative strategy
Lead creative execution across campaigns, websites, video, and events
Translate business objectives and product strategy into impactful creative
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team




Develop scalable brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries

Requirements:
8+ years in creative, brand, or design leadership
3+ years leading high-performing creative teams
Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or life sciences
Understanding of medical illustration or scientific visualization
Portfolio showing brand leadership and visual storytelling
