As a Specialist, Risk Control, you will develop departmental standards, implement best practices, and support underwriting, marketing, and claims teams. Your work focuses on energy specialty segments including power generation, mining, chemicals, oil and gas, and renewable energy. You will collaborate with national loss prevention teams while improving service quality, reviewing reports, and sharing knowledge through assessments or training seminars.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement departmental standards and guidelines
Deliver loss prevention consultations and tailored service plans
Support underwriting, marketing, and claims teams




Review internal risk assessment reports for quality
Share knowledge through assessments and training seminars

Requirements:
At least ten years of progressive property and casualty insurance experience
Expertise in energy specialty property risk control
Knowledge of fire protection and building codes
Experience with consequence risk modelling and loss estimations
Robust analysis, communication, and relationship-building skills
