Job Description

We are currently hiring 3–4 experienced Machine Operators to join a medical manufacturing company. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of hands-on machine operation experience, a solid understanding of machine controls, and a commitment to workplace safety and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up machines and adjust operating settings as required.
Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
Identify equipment issues and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are met.
Follow production instructions and established operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of hands-on machine operation experience is required.
Robust practical knowledge of machine operations, settings, and controls.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and monitor machine performance.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
