Overview

As a Small/Medium Duty Tow Truck Operator, you’ll respond to towing and roadside service requests, handle vehicles carefully, and provide courteous support throughout each job. You’ll use practical judgment and transparent communication to help customers understand what to expect and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

Duties
Operate a tow truck to transport small and medium-duty vehicles, following secure loading, securing, and unloading practices.
Communicate with customers about service needs and next steps, maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
Coordinate with colleagues to share job updates and support timely service. Your impact: careful handling and explicit updates help customers and colleagues complete each tow with confidence.

Experience

Required: Practical commercial driving skills, sound vehicle-handling judgment, and clear customer service communication are essential to carrying out towing assignments responsibly. G/DZ License required. Tow Driver License required. Clean Driver/CVOR Abstract. MUST BE MINIMUM 25 YEARS OF AGE AS PER INSURANCE

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
