Coordinate shipping and receiving operations through ERP transactions, freight scheduling, and accurate material documentation. This position supports manufacturing logistics in a deadline-driven setting.

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator manages incoming materials, equipment, fabricated assemblies, and completed products. The work includes verifying quantities, documentation, conditions, destinations, and delivery details. You will collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, customers, suppliers, Quality, Project Management, and Production to maintain accurate shipment status and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform electronic ERP receipts for incoming manufacturing materials
Coordinate outgoing shipments, carrier scheduling, pickups, deliveries, and tracking
Prepare packing lists, bills of lading, labels, and customs records




Resolve purchase order, receiving, packing slip, and invoice discrepancies
Implement process improvements supporting productive logistics workflows

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum three years shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience
Freight coordination and discrepancy-resolution experience required
ERP, warehouse-management, inventory, or shipping systems experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
