Operate tractors for Clintar’s winter snow and ice clearing team, using safe equipment practices and responding on call overnight. Work depends on winter conditions and requires short-notice availability throughout the season.

As a Tractor Operator, you will service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties during snow and ice events. The work includes de-icing, moving snow, protecting site features, and communicating conditions through dispatch. Experience with snowy farm tractor operations is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment safely during snow and ice events
Explicit snow and move it to designated storage areas
Protect vehicles, landscaping, curbs, and customer property
Follow site maps, route books,



and instructions
Report hazards, incidents, damage, and equipment malfunctions

Requirements:
Availability twenty-four hours daily, seven days weekly
Valid Ontario Class G licence and positive driving record
Reliable smartphone with active data plan
Positive judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work overnight and extended shifts
