The Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator oversees staff, volunteers, and locations throughout the campaign. You will coordinate schedules, support kettle coverage, communicate operational issues, and maintain positive site relationships. The work includes office administration, customer service, and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate kettle staff and volunteer schedules
Deliver and retrieve kettles from campaign sites
Secure donations at shifts and delivery locations
Orient, supervise, and support campaign workers
Record statistics and prepare weekly timesheets

Requirements:
One year of related or customer service experience
Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence and personal vehicle
Experience with office administration and general office equipment
Word and Excel skills
Ability to lift or move 9 to 12 kilograms
