The position focuses on residential transactions, with some commercial experience considered an asset. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct title searches and review title documents
- Draft and register Land Title Office forms
- Coordinate closing matters with real estate professionals
- Arrange deposits of trust funds and trust payments
- Report transaction completion to clients and third parties
Requirements:
- Three to five-plus years of relevant real estate law experience
- Expertise in residential real estate transactions
- Experience acting for mortgage lenders and borrowers
