As Senior Manager, Change and Operational Readiness, you will lead integrated change, implementation, and transition-to-BAU disciplines within Global Transaction Banking. The work translates technology and process changes into practical requirements for affected teams. You will coordinate Operations, Technology, Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders while establishing evidence-based readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption activities
Own readiness criteria, checkpoints, evidence, and sign-off expectations
Coordinate readiness across business and operational stakeholders




Prepare consolidated release assessments and go/no-go decisions
Lead stabilization readiness and transition to sustainable BAU ownership
Requirements: Experience leading transformation, change, or readiness in financial services
Knowledge of payments, transaction banking, clearing, or critical banking operations
Experience supporting technology implementations, migrations, and production releases
Understanding of hypercare, implementation, and transition-to-BAU disciplines
Solid governance, risk, stakeholder, and executive communication capabilities
Apply operational readiness, change management, and executive communication expertise to modernize wires operations at Scotiabank.
