This Maintenance Team Lead coordinates daily maintenance activities and supports operations through efficient management of available trades. The position leads staff, organizes resources, and guides technical problem-solving across equipment, technology, and materials. It also supports safety, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance workforce activities
Provide leadership, training, and hands-on problem-solving guidance
Ensure planned work has required resources and materials
Direct floor calls, contractors,



and maintenance work assignments
Track hours, documentation, work orders, and safety concerns
Requirements: Licensed Millwright qualification
Ten years of industrial experience
Robust diagnostic abilities and supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of Electrical Safety Code
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, servo motors, and ABB systems
Apply industrial maintenance leadership, diagnostics, scheduling, and technical guidance across daily plant maintenance activities.
