Key Responsibilities: Own the commercial product roadmap and development process
Convert concepts into designs, prototypes, and certified products
Consider institutional stakeholders during specification and approval
Optimize materials, production processes, quality,



and cost drivers
Prepare technical reports, specifications, procedures, and presentations
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Five years of manufactured product development or engineering experience
Two years leading people or cross-functional teams
Experience with SolidWorks, Creo, or comparable 3D CAD
Knowledge of Canadian and United States product codes
Use design engineering, manufacturing knowledge, and communication skills to shape durable commercial solutions for Franke.
