The Project Manager, Industrialization develops and executes plans aligned with company manufacturing strategies. You will coordinate transformative projects, manufacturing cell design, plant layouts, and Make versus Buy business cases. The work requires aerospace knowledge and continuous improvement focus.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute projects improving production efficiencies
Design manufacturing cells and plant layouts
Coordinate Make versus Buy projects and business cases
Provide project governance and oversight
Requirements: Technical post secondary degree
Five or more years aerospace Engineering, Methods, or Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and engineering systems
Experience leading project teams and managing projects
Ability to interpret aircraft engineering drawings
Apply aerospace manufacturing expertise, project leadership, and continuous improvement knowledge to industrialization projects at De Havilland Field.
