Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop Program Managers across customer programs
Establish governance, priorities, and operating rhythms
Ensure milestones, schedules, commitments, and financial objectives
Own forecasting and key performance indicators
Lead corrective actions and recovery plans
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
Ten or more years leading complex programs and teams
Solid leadership and people-development capabilities
