Lead enterprise change management for a global Learning Management System transformation from Toronto, working onsite Tuesday through Thursday in a hybrid mode.
This Change Management Lead will shape organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, culture transformation, and stabilization for more than 25,000 employees worldwide. The experienced leader will partner with executive sponsors and HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations teams. The assignment runs from November 17, 2026, through September 8, 2027.
Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies
Lead stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
Build executive sponsor and senior stakeholder relationships
Create governance frameworks, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies




Monitor adoption metrics, readiness, and organizational risks
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree considered an asset
Eight-plus years in change or transformation leadership
Enterprise transformation experience at Director or senior leadership level
Large-scale LMS, HR Technology, Talent, or digital implementations
Expertise in governance, stakeholder management, readiness, and executive reporting
Apply enterprise change leadership, executive influencing, and adoption expertise to a global LMS transformation affecting more than 25,000 employees.
