The Project Procurement Manager supports bids and projects through effective purchasing and cost consolidation. This position works with Bid Management, Engineering, and Procurement teams to shape supply chain strategies. It also coordinates sourcing, contracting, risks, schedules, costs, and savings across acquisition work packages.
Key Responsibilities: Consolidate equipment and subcontracting costs using internal tools
Develop supply strategies and supply chain plans
Identify supply chain risks and mitigation plans
Coordinate sourcing and contracting activities
Report achievements, issues, and goals regularly
Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent relevant degree
More than ten years in project-based organizations
Project management experience and five years cost estimating
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excel programming, PowerPoint, and SAP skills
