Ledcor is seeking a skilled Mining Engineer with experience in mining engineering or project coordination. You will use mine planning software to develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual strategies. The work supports hard rock open pit construction through planning, field coordination, technical documentation, and safety participation.
Key Responsibilities: Use mine planning software for drill and blast design
Develop execution plans from rolling mine plans
Interpret operational drawings and specifications for field crews
Prepare shift plans, work packages, and operational sequencing




Perform engineering calculations, drafting, and technical documentation
Requirements: Three to five years of mining industry experience
Solid knowledge of hard rock open pit processes
Mine planning software experience considered an asset
Drafting experience and project management software proficiency
Degree or diploma in mining, civil engineering, or related field
Bring mine planning, drill and blast, and technical coordination skills to Ledcor’s site-based mining construction work.
