The Clarity Operations Manager leads a team supporting and enhancing project and portfolio management tools. You will manage a business analyst, support analyst, and two developers while advancing Technology PMO priorities. The work combines process management, project delivery expertise, stakeholder relationships, and change leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop Clarity Operations specialists
Oversee enhancements, integrations, testing, and change management
Translate requirements into functional and technical direction
Improve Clarity adoption and project data quality
Support Microsoft Planner,



Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
8–10+ years in project, PMO, product ownership, or consulting roles
Hands-on project portfolio management systems experience
Experience with technical requirements, solution designs, and test plans
Excellent executive-level communication and analytical planning skills
