As Quality Assurance Manager, you will direct plant-level quality activities and quality personnel. Apply IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and capability studies. Improve products, processes, customer outcomes, and internal quality requirements through disciplined systems and data.
Key Responsibilities: Establish quality objectives, metrics, and improvement plans
Lead customer complaints, containment, investigations, and corrective actions
Drive defect, scrap, rework, warranty, and concern reduction
Lead IATF 16949 and customer audits
Coach Quality Engineers,



Technicians, and Inspectors
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
Minimum eight years’ progressive manufacturing quality experience
Three to five years’ leadership or supervisory experience
Robust IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements knowledge
Proficiency with Minitab and structured problem-solving tools
Apply automotive quality leadership, customer communication, and corrective-action expertise to advance Johnson Electric manufacturing performance.
