The Manager, Consumer Experience translates Integrated Customer Plans into compliant campaigns that educate, engage, and activate consumers. This position manages execution from creative briefing through deployment, while coordinating agencies, vendors, and internal omnichannel partners. Performance data, market research, and consumer insights guide campaign improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Execute campaigns across digital, social media, search, CRM, and email
Support media planning, content development, and creative adaptation
Coordinate agency deliverables within approved budgets and timelines
Measure leading and lagging indicators across consumer journeys




Improve effectiveness through engagement data, trends, insights, and A/B testing
Requirements: Three to five-plus years of consumer or direct-to-consumer marketing experience
Digital campaign execution and measurement experience across multiple channels
Experience with large-scale national targeted consumer campaigns
Solid communication, organization, execution, and project management skills
Experience using analytics, research, and insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Bring digital channel expertise, media execution, and analytical thinking to integrated consumer marketing campaigns supporting Canadian brand objectives.
