Accenture’s Americas Growth & Strategy team needs a manager skilled in research, hypothesis testing, and executive communication. Support strategic decisions across the Market.
This manager serves as a strategic consulting resource for Accenture’s Americas business and leadership team. Responsibilities include developing growth, business, operational, V&A;, and investment strategies. You will structure analyses, own research, engage stakeholders, interview subject matter experts, and develop defensible points of view. Projects address critical complex problems across industries and market units.
Key Responsibilities: Develop research activities and analytical approaches
Own research and analysis for G&S; projects
Interact with stakeholders across multiple entities




Develop and defend recommendations and points of view
Monitor implementation progress after interventions
Requirements: Four or more years of strategy or consulting experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Solid project management and communication skills
Understanding of business drivers and value chains
Ability to advise and interact effectively with leadership
Use analytical thinking, project management, and executive communication to deliver Accenture Americas Growth & Strategy initiatives.
