Lead global cybersecurity strategy at Innocap, shaping enterprise risk, security architecture, and resilience through a adaptable hybrid work model.
As Global Head of Cybersecurity, you will define Innocap’s operating model and advise executives on material cyber risk. You will lead global security operations, strengthen cloud and identity protection, and embed security across technology and products. The mandate spans Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, incident response, third-party risk, and recognized frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Own global cybersecurity strategy, policies, standards, and multi-year roadmap
Integrate cyber risk into enterprise risk management
Report threats, incidents, control effectiveness, and priorities to executives
Lead security operations, threat intelligence, detection, and incident response




Build resilience through crisis exercises and recovery validation
Requirements: University degree or equivalent relevant cybersecurity training
Typically 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity or technology risk experience
Experience leading global security functions in regulated environments
Advanced Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security experience
Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, and SOC 2
Bring executive cybersecurity leadership, cloud security expertise, and enterprise risk judgment to Innocap’s global investment platform.
