Reporting to the SVP, Controller, you will standardize workflows, improve systems, and develop a high-performing accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives
Lead systems and workflow enhancements across finance operations
Oversee accurate financial records across multiple entities
Partner with Reporting, FP&A;, Treasury,



and Technology leaders
Coach and develop the accounting team
Requirements: Ten-plus years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Experience leading finance transformation and systems initiatives
Public accounting or external audit experience strongly preferred
Publicly traded organization experience in complex environments
Proven ability to develop teams and influence senior stakeholders
Bring controllership, automation, and systems leadership to modernize finance processes within a growing Canadian financial services organization.
