As General Manager, you will lead all operations for a high-volume automotive dealership serving southern Essex County. You will develop strategies for profitability and growth, strengthen customer retention, and support employee engagement. Manufacturer compliance and brand integrity remain central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure seamless workflow and maximum productivity across departments
Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and cost strategies
Set unit and gross profit targets with Sales leadership
Improve Customer Satisfaction Index performance and resolve escalations




Foster accountability and high morale through manager development
Requirements: Five-plus years of automotive management experience preferred
Success improving profitability and underperforming departments
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
Robust communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership systems
Use proven automotive management, budgeting, and people leadership skills to guide Leamington GM’s dealership operations and growth.
