Leon's Furniture seeks an experienced Senior Manager to oversee construction projects, facilities operations, and selected commercial real estate assets nationwide. The role covers capital planning, vendor management, budgeting, tenant relations, and asset preservation. You will support retail stores, distribution facilities, corporate facilities, and other holdings.
Key Responsibilities: Manage new stores, renovations, upgrades, and capital projects
Prepare budgets, schedules, contracts, reports, and project reviews
Oversee maintenance, repairs, preventative programs, and service providers




Administer leases and coordinate tenant fit-ups and requests
Conduct property inspections and support asset management initiatives
Requirements: 10 plus years of experience preferred
Commercial construction and facilities management experience
Mixed-use commercial real estate portfolio experience
Robust budgeting, negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada
