Lead AI-assisted software engineering at CXT Software, with ownership of architecture, quality, delivery, reliability, and customer outcomes in a fully remote model.
Reporting to the CTO, the AI-Native Vice President of Software Engineering leads engineering and SaaS operations end to end. You will guide managers, shape AI adoption, and oversee .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, SQL, MAUI, and Azure PaaS. The work supports software used by courier, route delivery, and healthcare logistics companies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, hire, and develop Directors, architects, and engineering teams
Make AI-assisted development, testing, review, and operations standard practice
Run experiments with baselines, metrics, and transparent decisions
Own quality, releases, uptime, incidents, security operations,



and cloud cost
Shape architecture, modernization, roadmap delivery, and customer escalations
Requirements: 12+ years software engineering experience
5+ years engineering leadership and 2+ years managing managers
Experience leading multi-team organizations across separate codebases
Experience owning B2B SaaS production operations through teams
Production use and multi-team adoption of AI coding assistants
Bring executive engineering leadership, AI adoption, SaaS operations, and reliability ownership to CXT Software's remote organization.
