As Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager by leading the sales floor and coaching team members. Use personalized product suggestions, loyalty goals, visual merchandising, freight processing, and loss prevention practices to strengthen execution. The position covers day-to-day operations at 2231 W 4th Ave.
Key Responsibilities: Open and close the store as assigned
Coach selling behaviors and customer engagement
Communicate loyalty goals and review daily results
Maintain visual merchandising, organization, and stock levels
Address customer concerns quickly and professionally
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
Explicit, respectful customer and team communication
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
