This director role owns the strategy, analytics, and phased build-out of beyond banking benefits. You will evaluate partners, negotiate value exchange and commercial terms, and manage contracts and performance. The broader portfolio includes goals, protection, financial education, digital features, My Financial Progress, SmartProgress, Zogo, and Credit Coach.
Key Responsibilities: Build the beyond banking benefits ecosystem
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships
Manage partner and vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
Take propositions through business cases, pilots, launches, and scale




Track adoption, engagement, retention, and financial impact KPIs
Requirements: Undergraduate degree and MBA from a top tier school
10+ years in partnerships, strategy, product, or proposition development
Proven record scaling propositions from concept to launch
Robust business case development and commercial negotiation skills
Experience leading complex programs in matrixed organizations
Use partnership strategy, commercial acumen, and customer experience expertise to expand BMO’s Beyond Banking benefits ecosystem.
