This senior leadership role spans physical network reliability, operational security, and regulatory compliance across 750+ data center sites in 125+ countries. Manage two teams while combining data center operations, access controls, audit readiness, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Lead Operations and Security and Compliance teams
Set goals, develop talent, and establish shared standards
Oversee incident response, break-fix, circuits, and hardware lifecycles
Manage physical access reviews and compliance evidence
Represent DCSC in executive infrastructure health checks
Requirements: 7+ years in infrastructure or data center operations
3+ years in people management roles
Experience managing managers and operational SLAs
Knowledge of physical infrastructure compliance frameworks
Proven process redesign or automation experience
