ergoCentric seeks a Showroom and Seating Consultant for its Edmonton showroom. You will support business, government, and institutional clients across Alberta with office seating solutions. The work combines chair fittings, quoting, inspections, ordering, and qualified client communication.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and conduct chair fittings in showrooms and client sites
Build accurate quotes using client requirements and quoting software
Inspect chairs for service and warranty requests
Order required parts and products promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, client-ready showroom
Requirements: Required experience in the office furniture industry
Confidence with directors, executives, and business leaders
Ability to learn products and software quickly
Organized, self-directed approach to daily responsibilities
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Bring ergonomic seating knowledge, accurate quoting, and composed client service to ergoCentric's Edmonton showroom and Alberta accounts.
