The Vice President, Treasurer leads an integrated enterprise approach to capital, liquidity, funding, investments, collateral, and treasury risk. Working with the Chief Financial Officer, this leader develops strategies, policies, controls, budgets, and reporting. Partnerships span Finance, Risk, Compliance, and regulated entities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership for capital structure and treasury policies
Forecast capital needs across parent and regulated entities
Monitor broker-dealer net capital and reserve requirements
Identify capital-efficiency and balance-sheet return opportunities




Prepare reports on capital capacity and forecast scenarios
Requirements: Required bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline
Preferred advanced degree, including an MBA
Ten or more years of relevant senior financial experience
Knowledge of broker-dealer capital and reserve requirements
Excellent judgment, communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
Bring capital management, balance-sheet analysis, regulatory knowledge, and executive communication to D.A. Davidson's treasury leadership.
