As Technical Lead, you will own the team's technical direction and deliver clear plans from business goals. This hands-on position combines design, coding, code review, testing expectations, documentation, mentoring, and client communication. You will explain technical concepts plainly and manage scope, effort, risk, milestones, and budget with project leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Translate business goals into executable technical plans
Lead planning, estimation, and backlog refinement
Ensure developers test work before QA




Identify risks and escalate critical issues early
Track milestones and budget with the project manager
Requirements: Eight years of qualified software engineering experience
Two-plus years leading a team's technical direction
Experience designing React and Next.js frontends
Experience with Python and Node.js services
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
Use architecture, engineering judgment, and stakeholder communication to deliver accountable technical outcomes for Appnovation clients.
