Lead complex mechanical construction projects for Division 15 Mechanical Ltd. using project leadership, financial control, and technical judgment. Work spans office and project sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
As Senior Project Manager, you will report to the Project Director and oversee multi-million-dollar commercial, institutional, and district energy projects. The work covers schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, client relationships, and team leadership. You will also mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators while supporting safe, timely, profitable, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical projects from award through completion and closeout
Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
Control project costs, forecasts, contracts, and change orders
Coordinate procurement, suppliers, labour, equipment,



and subcontracted services
Build stakeholder relationships and pursue repeat business opportunities
Requirements: Minimum five years of construction project management experience
Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders
Mechanical Engineering education or equivalent relevant industry experience
Solid budgeting, cost control, forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills
Construction software proficiency; Procore and Accubid Enterprise preferred
Bring mechanical construction leadership, commercial expertise, and sound judgment to Division 15 projects across the Lower Mainland.
