Reporting to the Department Chair or Course Instructor, this Course Coordinator oversees seminar, tutorial, or laboratory sections. The position coordinates Teaching Assistants, Lab Demonstrators, and Marker-Graders while supporting course assessment activities. Broad computer science experience and laboratory leadership are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee seminar, tutorial, and laboratory sections
Coordinate Teaching Assistants, Lab Demonstrators, and Marker-Graders
Hold meetings with assigned instructional staff
Assist with marking scheme preparation
Coordinate assignment and examination marking
Requirements: Computer Science degree
Broad experience in Computer Sciences
Previous laboratory demonstration experience
Experience supervising other demonstrators
Leadership and organizational skills
