Lead mine-site security operations at Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan’s McIlvenna Bay site, using investigations and risk assessment skills on a 14/14 rotation.
This full time Security Supervisor role directs contracted Security Guards across the operation. You will oversee access control, CCTV, patrols, inspections, incident response, investigations, and emergency support. The position protects employees, contractors, visitors, assets, and facilities while supporting a safe, respectful site and camp environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee security operations across the mine site, camp, and facilities
Direct contracted guards, staffing, coverage, training, and handovers
Lead investigations, interviews, evidence collection, and incident reporting
Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, evacuations, and medical events




Maintain security policies, procedures, protocols, and compliance
Requirements: Minimum seven years’ relevant security, law enforcement, or military experience
At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience
Security investigation and report preparation experience
Knowledge of access controls, CCTV, legislation, and emergency procedures
Valid driver’s licence and remote rotational work availability
