Victoria-based BCI seeks a Senior Principal for infrastructure credit, emphasizing independent credit opinions, research, and private transaction leadership.
This Senior Principal evaluates private debt investments for BCI’s Infrastructure & Renewable Resources team. You will form and defend credit views while leading analysis through private credit transaction lifecycles. Responsibilities include investment memorandums, portfolio oversight, capital calls, distributions, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Develop rigorous views on investment health and portfolio risk
Evaluate performance metrics against original investment theses
Write screening, deal alert, and investment memorandums




Deliver investment recommendations to the Investment Committee
Mentor junior staff and manage project priorities
Requirements: Seven to ten years in private debt or related fields
Ability to form and defend independent credit opinions
Sound judgment working independently and within teams
Project and people management experience
Experience covering infrastructure investments
Bring independent credit judgment, transaction leadership, and portfolio oversight skills to BCI’s infrastructure debt investment team.
