As Manager, Air Traffic Management and Safety Performance Analytics, you will lead managers and analysts supporting operational decisions across NAV CANADA. You will collaborate with Operations, Safety and Quality, Technology, finance, and industry partners. The work includes performance analytics, safety intelligence, forecasting, sustainability measurement, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead NAV CANADA’s ATM performance analytics strategy
Develop safety intelligence and customer value metrics
Oversee forecasting, simulation, and analytical system requirements




Measure aircraft emissions and reductions from ATM improvements
Represent NAV CANADA at aviation industry forums
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Six or more years of progressively responsible analytics experience
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methodologies
Knowledge of aviation operations and safety performance measurement
Bring strategic leadership, aviation analytics, forecasting, and safety intelligence expertise to NAV CANADA’s ATM performance team.
