Operate tanker equipment and transport bulk products and waste as a full time DZ Driver supporting GFL operations in Niagara Falls, ON. Accurate documentation and safe driving are essential.
Reporting to the transportation manager, the DZ Driver operates company vehicles and equipment according to procedures, policies, and applicable legislation. The position includes loading trucks, transporting materials, maintaining equipment, and representing GFL professionally. Drivers also support required training, on-call coverage, and additional operational duties.
Key Responsibilities: Load trucks and transport bulk products and waste
Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
Complete inspections, manifests, and logbooks accurately
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and address minor mechanical issues
Support on-call, training, and other operational duties
Requirements: Valid DZ license with current abstracts, personal and CVOR
Minimum one year of driver/operator experience
Ability to operate a tanker
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of TDGA, Reg. 347/558, WMHIS, and MTO regulations
Bring tanker operation, compliance documentation, and customer service skills to GFL’s bulk transportation operations in Niagara Falls.
