Reporting to the Property Manager, the Property Administrator supports administrative processes for a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include monitoring receivables, maintaining resident information, preparing communications, and coordinating data entry. The position helps management and departments access current, organized property information.
Key Responsibilities: Review receivables for accuracy, adjustments, and corrections
Produce monthly accounts receivable rent roll reports
Monitor tenant payments and record timely entries




Apply monthly charges under Residential Tenancy Agreements
Manage monthly cash controls and resident ledgers
Requirements: Two to five years in customer service or administration
Property accounting experience considered an asset
Real estate, hospitality, business education considered an asset
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Effective written and oral communication abilities
Bring organized rent administration, financial accuracy, and responsive resident service to Rhapsody’s property portfolio as Property Administrator.
