As a senior Lead Java Risk Developer, you will establish and implement application systems with Citi Technology teams. The work covers CVA, XVA, counterparty credit risk, MongoDB, Python, Kafka, and cloud platforms. You will lead systems analysis and programming activities while improving products and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Integrate functions across management teams and define system enhancements
Evaluate complex business and system processes
Design applications according to the architecture blueprint
Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
Coach developers and analysts while allocating work
Requirements: Six or more years in applications development or systems analysis
Business knowledge of CVA, XVA, and counterparty credit risk
In-depth Java, MongoDB, Python, and Kafka knowledge
Cloud application experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
Lead Citi risk technology development through Java, XVA knowledge, systems analysis, and application architecture expertise.
