This Manager, Coverage Strategy & Forms role provides leadership across corporate underwriting portfolios. You will guide forms, endorsements, manuscripts, and coverage frameworks while ensuring offerings remain operationally effective and aligned with business objectives. The position also supports transformation, systems modernization, and underwriting enablement.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and enhancement of Commercial Insurance products
Provide technical guidance on coverage interpretation and application
Lead approval processes for wording and coverage changes
Partner with Technology, Claims,
Actuarial, and Operations teams
Advise on complex coverage and product questions
Requirements: Related university degree or college diploma
Strong expertise in product governance and coverage design
Experience supporting product modernization or systems implementation
Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
Advanced computer proficiency and analytical acumen
Use product governance, policy wording, and cross-functional leadership to strengthen Definity’s Commercial Insurance underwriting capabilities.
