Provide person-centered senior care as a part time Unregulated Care Provider, delivering personal support and selected healthcare tasks under supervision.
Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will support residents while following care plans, regulatory requirements, and company standards. The work includes direct care, medication and treatment administration, documentation, and communication with clinical teams. Experience with seniors and personal care is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care using a person-centered approach
Administer medications and treatments with required documentation
Assist with ambulation, transfers, mobilization, and adaptive aids
Observe, document, and report resident condition changes
Provide cognitive, social, emotional,



and psychological resident support
Requirements: Personal Support Worker program or equivalent healthcare training
Experience working with seniors in community health services
Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and customer-focused communication skills
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Vulnerable Sector Screening and Criminal Background Check
Support Cogir Senior Living residents through compassionate personal care, accurate documentation, medication administration, and safety-focused service.
