Build prototypes, review architectures, and debug deployments
Productize AI Agent deployment offers and integrations




Own skilled services pricing, utilization, and gross margin
Requirements: 10+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting
5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
Experience winning complex six and seven figure deals
Production experience shipping LLM-powered agents or workflows
Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL
Shape Gorgias enterprise delivery by combining AI engineering, technical leadership, commercial judgment, and scalable services operations.
