As an Engineering Leader, you will provide technical and people leadership for teams supporting Branch Banking, Coach Ready, and Loyalty. You will help deliver a two to three-year roadmap through Azure Databricks pipelines, engineering automation, and scalable solutions. The role partners across Technology, Operations, and business teams.

Guide data engineering solution design, development, implementation, and support
Deliver initiatives supporting the Canadian Personal Banking roadmap




Drive automation across build, test, release, and configuration
Manage priorities, milestones, resources, and delivery risks
Requirements: Seven or more years of relevant technology experience
Team leadership and engineering development experience
Hands-on PySpark, Python, and SQL expertise
Azure Databricks ETL and data pipeline experience
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Lead TD data platform engineering through people leadership, Azure Databricks, automation, and robust stakeholder communication in Toronto.
