Shape Mimica’s cloud infrastructure strategy through Kubernetes, Terraform, and reliability leadership. Support enterprise deployment models and AI infrastructure at scale.
This Head of Platform role owns the infrastructure foundation behind Mimica’s AI-powered process intelligence platform. You will lead Platform and SRE engineers, establish deployment standards, and guide infrastructure decisions across products. Your scope includes cloud architecture, multi-region environments, enterprise installations, reliability, observability, and developer experience. You will also serve as a technical owner in enterprise deals and security reviews.
Key Responsibilities: Define deployment models for enterprise and multi-region environments
Own CI/CD, Terraform, ArgoCD, Crossplane, and platform standards
Lead SLOs, on-call practices, incident response, and DR testing




Improve developer experience through compliant deployment paths
Represent infrastructure during enterprise sales and security reviews
Requirements: Experience leading engineers, team leads, or other managers
Solid Kubernetes experience with GKE, EKS, or comparable services
Experience designing enterprise deployment and data residency models
Hands-on architecture and prototype review capability
Solid communication with engineers, executives, and clients
Use cloud architecture, Kubernetes, and enterprise infrastructure expertise to strengthen Mimica’s platform and customer deployment capabilities.
