As Associate Director, Process Engineering, you will lead the practice and a team of Process Engineers. You will guide complex transformations across Investments, Corporate and Real Estate groups. The work spans process analysis, future-state design, automation, analytics, and technology delivery.

Requirements: Significant process engineering or business transformation experience
Experience leading complex, cross-functional process analysis and design
Experience enabling digital transformation and technology-enabled change
Experience leading and developing transformation professionals
Robust stakeholder influence, judgment, communication, and prioritization skills
