As Food Service Supervisor, you will coordinate daily activities in a fast-paced airport lounge environment. You will guide food service attendants, bartenders, and other lounge staff while supporting operational efficiency. The work includes inspections, employee coaching, inventory support, compliance, and guest service.
Key Responsibilities: Train, coach, mentor, and evaluate lounge employees
Ensure food handling, sanitation, and security compliance
Assist with ordering, deliveries, stock, and waste control
Monitor operations and identify service improvements




Prepare reports and communicate performance updates to management
Requirements: Experience in food service, hospitality, catering, or lounges
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
Solid attention to detail and priority management
Basic computer, recordkeeping, and reporting proficiency
Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
