The QA Manager assures the efficiency and performance of the Quality Assurance audit program. This leadership role requires an AME M2 Licence, audit credentials, and aircraft maintenance supervision experience. You will support inspectors, stakeholders, and records management activities.
Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled internal audits and investigations
Upload records and coordinate corrective action plans
Audit and verify APRISe-reported events promptly
Assist inspectors with technical or regulatory issues
Lead, coach, train, and develop QA employees
Requirements: College Diploma and AME M2 Licence
Formal Quality Assurance Lead Auditor credential
IOSA preferred for audit credentials
Minimum five years related experience or equivalent
Intermediate MS Office proficiency and regulatory understanding
