The Fund Development Coordinator will implement Catalyst Theatre’s company-specific fundraising and donor development model. Working with staff, the board, and a national professional fundraising consultancy, this role advances long-term fundraising strategy. It also supports marketing and public relations initiatives connected to fundraising.
Key Responsibilities: Implement fundraising and donor development models
Develop private-sector fundraising policies and procedures
Create initiatives for the 18/19 and 19/20 seasons
Participate in marketing and public relations strategies
Build processes core staff can continue implementing
Requirements: Expertise in fundraising and donor relations
Availability for a part time contract
Flexibility as seasonal activity changes
Ability to work with staff and directors
Availability from November 1, 2018, to October 31, 2019
