Improve measurement, forecasting, budget pacing, and allocation




Lead performance marketers and establish scalable execution practices
Requirements: 8+ years in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital media
Managed $30M+ annual paid media spend with measurable impact
Expertise in LTV, ROI, incrementality, and revenue optimization
Robust financial acumen and analytical investment judgment
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
