As Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics, you will own analytical workstreams within cross-functional initiatives. You will clarify objectives, investigate complex questions, and translate analysis into recommendations. Your work supports strategic and operational decision-making across Jobber through exploratory analysis, measurement, experimentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to scope analytical questions and approaches
Perform exploratory analysis and deep dives into business performance
Apply segmentation, cohort, scenario, and impact analysis techniques
Develop metrics, dashboards,



and decision-support tools
Communicate findings through actionable narratives and recommendations
Requirements: Expert-level SQL skills with complex relational data
Solid quantitative skills supporting business decisions
Proficiency with Tableau or comparable data visualization tools
Excellent storytelling and communication skills
Comfort validating AI-assisted analytical workflows responsibly
